Great to deal with and fast turnaround time. I discovered my snowblower would not start the morning before a snowstorm. I called with the expectation of them being able to look at the blower and get back to me in a few days. Michelle said bring it over that morning, and in a few hours I had my snowblower back...working perfectly! They diagnosed correctly and informed me how to prevent the issue from happening, all at a reasonable price!

The best!!!! One of those places you can't find anymore for service. You can trust BNM all the way. They covered a warranty on a mower that I purchased at another location. The people I purchased it from wouldn't even cover it. Guess who did BNM did. Guess who gets my business. The effort they had to go through to get parts during the pandemic. A++.Nice employees ontop of it all

Great place to take your small engine repair and fast service. I had my snow blower repaired. Runs like new within a week and a half before the winter season. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs small engine work/tune-up.

Bill and Michelle are a great husband and wife team. They are knowledgeable, fair, and fast with their repair service. What's great is now they are selling landscape equipment now too! If you need a mower, blower or string trimmer, certainly give them a thought!
